Bottle Leaking!!

So you Advise
1) Dump all the Air
2) Stick it in/under Hot water for a couple of mins
3) But the reg in a vice
4) Turn the bottle (Clockwise or anti) as hard as possible?

Clean and check all the o-rings and reattach?

Rather than dipping it into hot water, run the hot water from the tap directly onto the neck of the bottle. With the bottle nearest to you turn anti-clockwise to remove.
