it Does need testing..
as im a paintball n00b who just changed to air, i did a bit of research into this, due to its manufacture date it should have been tested october 04..
however, after you get it done, its good for 5 years..
(as i saw this issue in a lot of second hand older bottles, i opted for new in the end..)
