mmm for 300 you could probably pick up a good 2nd hand shocker or a cocker.
a shocker will throw paint as quick as you can fire it, a cocker will be more accurate but isnt electronic...tis up to you...if i were you id get down to a store and try a few guns or go to a walk on and ask people if you can try theirs and get their opinion on their own gun...most ballers will be happy to help

theres a shocker on the classified that sounds quite a steal at 160...needs a bottom line, co2 bottle and a hopper...would bring you up to your 300 budget

How about (and this is way out of left field ...) You save your money and/or use it to buy good paint and Play more. No piece of kit is going to buy you more skill (except maybe a stock class marker 
) use what you have for a while longer, you can still use a spyder to work on things like snap shooting and such. Who says you need to shoot 18 bps?
Then once you have obtained TeeJay like skillz, and saved alot of your money, go and buy a top end gun. No use making 3 or 4 stops along a road when you could just make 2 ... you know?

but all ur advice is apprieciated... Walk ons, eh well i live in scotland and pball aint exactly the biggest thing over here. Ud be lucky if u were in 5miles of a place where u can play pball... i hate this country so much sometimes
U know that in 1980 (7 years b4 i was born ) The police nearly got pball banned and put the markers in the same class as Bazookas (what a bunch of tossers) so pball aint that big over here, i mean ffs there are 2 teams and they are both roughly 40-50 miles away from me. U might say whats wrong with that?! but im only 15 and quite a n00b at pball, if i asked my mum if she could give me a ride to Edinburgh (40-50 miles away) she would just laugh it off
