Application data folder is hidden so you may have to set you pc to show hidden files (tools-folder options-view tab- show hidden files and folders)

Are you using windows xp???

Using the windows search (start-search-For files and folders)
select all files and folders
change location to your main hard drive if you have more than 1 hard drive
do a search for "bookmarkbackups" without the ""
This folder should contain the backups.
