The Victory was released in mid 2009 but this is the updated 2010 model, the main difference is the blast guide, its red rather than black for identification, its reffered to as the Supercharge kit. The one that came on the older version was the Proficiency engine, it wasn't quite as efficient and had leaking issues, this one does not.
