If you made payment via paypal open a dispute and claim your money back with them, providing you payed the fees and didn't send the payment as gift/owed?

Thanx for reply.it was my big mistake cos I send the money as a friend so paypal can do anything.I was thinking that its safe to buy in here cos of all comments and points but I was wrong
