Thats 11 ft/lb's (Foot Pounds) and is a measurement of muzzle energy, which is worked out from the velocity and the mass of the paintball in a formula....The legal limit is 12ft/lb's after which it becomes a Firearm.

They asked for that when i imported my warp feeder just sent them an e-mail stating it was for a paintball marker that does not fire over a velocity of 300fps got the warpfeeder the next day. Didn't have to pay tax as UPS pay a standard import tax covered on your shipping price
