Reason people buy the ION and 'do it up' is because you can do it in stages. If you have £1,000 straight off - go get an ego. If not, start with the ION and then add bits gradually. Economics makes the ION such a popular marker - not so much consumer choice.

That's the reason there are a lot more 'souped up' nasty cars (fiesta, corsa, clio etc.) than there are ferraris on the road!

Maybe it's time catalogs started selling high end markers - then we could all please you and ditch our ions .

no way is the tuscan nicer looking than the TVR Sagaris, that is the car people dream of, and think its just a dream, that is the reason i am living so that one day, yes one day, i shall own one, and then my friend the world is mine!!!! haha

Ahh yes..very nice car.

Not sure about Fiesta...but i have seen a 450bhp Nitrous Ka...when you think about it, you could easily build a Fiesta with 500Bhp..weighs sod all so power to weight ratio, would be better than that of a Ferrari, hence faster.

well iv seen minis that would beat ferrari's hands down, 1. a mini clubman with a 1400 hyabusa turbo engine in sheesh fast as hell, 2. a mini clubman with a 4 wheel drive 2.0ltr turbo calibre engine in what is basically a go kart!
