Spike - as you infer, Tom's one of the nice guys in our sport/industry and I've got a lot of time for him - he does a lot of hard work behind the scenes that he doesn't really get recognition for but that's his way and I respect that.
His interview is up now and some of the stuff he sent me re data-sets on the World Cup over the years was pretty enlightening but I got another set of figures sent to me that aren't as optimistic as Tommy's.
Maybe the truth lies in the middle somewhere as is so often the case but fingers crossed - let's hope we can get our heads together and grow this thing ….
