If i had have known we were so far in front i would have pulled us well away from Manhatten thus avoiding Hatts' red/white alliance to shot any thing green around manhatten. We walked into a classic Butch Cassidy and Sundance Kid trap

Thanks to ALL the Boppers for a great day of friendly banter and good team play.

Thanks to all the opposing teams because without them it just wouldn't have been as much fun

Thanks to Warped for organising the event, fun day all round (Hell at times but fun nevertheless)

And last but by no means least, a BIG thanks to all the MARSHALLS!!
Who had no sense of self preservation at all!... LOL...

Hey Big Bopper and the rest of the Bopper crew.
Nice playing with y'all

the highlights of my day were:

working with the Scottish Warriors crawling through the rohdies, they know their ****, pity we lost half the squad in the undergrowth

taking Brooklyn, using speedball tactics with back and front players and being able to call in on the radio that we had taken it for 500 points.

Taking Queens with only about 12 of us and having to hold it for 7 minutes for another 500 points at 1500. (and calling it in on the radio)

I managed to get round the back of the reds in manhatten and took the guys out on the top floor and found a nest of easy pray, but then the game was called just another 5 minutes more !!!

damn, you must have gor to queens late...

We first took it with two men left, and no radio with 40 minutes to go.

then we were luckilly reinforced by about 10 passing greens (on the attack) around 5 minutes later, still no radio.

then we were all getting beat down for a while till there were paint and air shortages, so people started to bail (me included)

I ran all the way back to base B' rounded up a quick force and returned to find we lost queens, next i ran to queens safe zone to round up another force.

we returned to find we had it again (that must have been when you lot had it) but from then on it was an easy hold.

I thought that was the second greatest take (of my day)...behind Brooklyn
