Has this been suitably resolved by democracy? Is stick prepared to step up to the plate and organise the unholy rabble?
Couple of last minute tips folks..
DONT shoot the wildlife please
Campsite is not a bowling green, rough pasture cut short this week, so bring the neccessary camping/sleeping gear. Could have had you camping on nice smooth sports field but they wouldnt allow vehicles on there - most people felt it was better to sacrifice a little on the surface to get the cars next to tents.
Aforementioned sports field is therefore free, has goalposts if anyone wants to bring a ball for a kickaround on fri or sat, kite, frisbees etc no probs.
Food should be well catered for with enough choice and outlets to stop prolonged heavy queues we hope. All at very fair prices.
Guys with rooms booked, you have a bed and a locker each, bring a padlock if you want to use it for secure storage.
Megarena is arriving Thursday so we should have plenty time to set it up and iron out any glitches ready for opening on Friday. The weekend pass will cost £5. This give unlimited access whilst its open throughout Friday afternoon till dusk, and all day Sat till dusk. There will be a 1 hour Free session on Fri and Sat, times will be given at registration - and its first come first served at the Arena.
We are awaiting confirmation that we will be running some free laser games on Saturday evening - again ask at registration.
