My ticket touched down on the carpet under the letterbox today, #670. GTFI...

I read the attached booklet in a flash, and straight away was drawn to the "vague" fire mode rules.

QUOTE: "Players may take advantage of assisted firing modes provided the marker fires only one paintball on a single pull". So, that's semi-auto mode then, right?

Also, QUOTE: "Response triggers may be used provided they can fire one pull one shot". I've always know response modes as, one shot when the trigger is pulled, and then another shot when the trigger is released. Equating to two shots per trigger pull.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, or if I'm blatantly missing something ridiculously obvious.

Also, there is no mention of a ROF cap.

I'm just wanting to know these little details so that I can set my board now, and not break open the grip frame on the morning of this fantastic day.

:p BTW... North wins all :p.

there is no rof cap, and the rules are as follows:

1st trigger pull ONE shot. every trigger pull after that is ok to go in ramping. i am using PSP.

hope this cleared things up!

Arrrr. So why didn't they just make it clearer by saying ramping modes such as Millennium and PSP are ok, but full auto (such as NXL) are a no no.

Well, now I'm torn between setting my board in response, or millennium. I may need to re-thing the 2 boxes of paint I have ordered, as I think I'll have used 4000 rounds by mid morning .
