I can get it at home (Pipex ADSL), but when I VPN into work (Telewest cable) we still can't get it. I wish some ISPs would get their bloody finger out! 
Bog standard Dell PC using BT broadband. If it ain't standard I don't use it - to cr*p at computer tech stuff to want any hassle

I've found the IP Address is http://80.94.198.63/
but trying

doesn't work, maybe someone more knowledgeable about IIS Virtual Directories can figure out how to get to it.
Other than that we'll just have to wait for the DNS to sort it out I guess.
