No the latch thing is a great idea but when you pull the pod out mid game how often is your finger on the release button. . .

I have never undone the latch on a lock lid in the whole time ive used them. I have pulled the whole lid off once or twice though.

fatboys are excellent for keeping booze in, but i use lock lids on field though.

I use fatboy pots, mainly because locklids annoy me and I'm not strong enough to open the proto ones I had.
