yeah i suppose so...but doesn't lower cocking pressure reduce kickback? also i have this problem with my Ram...it seems to be leaking out the back, becuase when it is in the rest position, i can hear air leaking out the back of the ram, but when i pull and hold the trigger (classic plus mode) the leak stops, and when i release the trigger there is no leaking sound for like 3 seconds then it starts again. i think it was Skeet who said it might be bacause my cocking pressure was too high...but i'm not sure...i'm kinda new to cockers
Might just be one of teh o-rings on teh ram shaft...have you tried running some lube down teh shaft then manually moving it back and forth to work it in...
yeah i've done that....still leaks though, would it be advisable to maybe ring a planet tech? they do sell Ram re-build kits, but i have no idea how to take apart the Ram..
They have rebuild kits certainly...i think they are £12...and teh rams certainly come apart...its probably worn o-rings r ram
any idea how to take them appart so i can inspect it? also there must me an o-ring at the back of the ram isn't there?the bit where the shaft comes out of...or air would leak out everywhere...could that be buggered?
Well...dont quote me, but i think, if you pop the e logo off teh end, i rekon theres a screwdriver slot underneath...JAHLAD>>>!!!!
