Agree with all that's said above, I'm pretty new to this aswell, just got myself a halo B a few weeks back, and is flawless, no complaints and not a budget breaker either!
I was going to ask this question too, but needn't bother now I see it's already been asked! I guess rotor is the way to go, will keep my eyes open for one around £70 or so. Thanks guys!
I've got halo 2 v35 and only been playing since this year. Not had a problem with it. Only the time when I got shot past by a fellow team member and a ball went inside through the speed feed and burst. Prob a 1 In 1000 chance could happen again. But changed to the original flip lid.
getting a used roto or prophecy would be perfect, both are very good hoppers and you can get them kinda cheap, good resell value and you dont really have to upgrade for a long time
