Yup, had a team mate go out with his brand new sonic E-blade, halo, gladiator air, about £1400 all together..........lasted 30 seconds as he'd put an ASDA "smart price" 9v in his E-blade :)

ok its great all to get places to buy batteries

but any1 actually use re-charegable 1's ,i would say they would have a high standard to keep with the name "Duracell"

it's a well known fact "DON'T USE RECHARGEABLES IN HOPPERS", as they don't last long enough.

I've used nicads, nickel metal hydrides, and neither gives as good as a duracell non rechargeable.

And you deserve what you get when you use CHEAPOS !!!!!

they don't have the milliamp output to keep up with non-rechargeables........ stick with what you know until someone makes a high output rechargeable. It's like when you use them in a digital camera..........fine until you use the flash. Not worth the hassle and risk of cutting out mid game, I just put new ones in every tourney.

Ok well if people are struggling for batteries for things then how does this sound

10 duracell procell 9 volts for £25 inc p&p

50 (yes 50) duracell procell AA's for £28 inc p&p

Can probably source something cheaper for lesser cells like panasonics.

If enough people are interested then i'll order a shed load in.

Let me know what you think
