yeah but being a closed-bolt marker, the detent only works as an anti-double ball, as the bolt pushes the ball past this and straight into the barrel when it is in the rest position - or whatever you call it when it is ready to fire...unless you mean something else.....hmmmm lol

The freak is a good kit but remember the inserts only go in one way and not always the right way so that you can read the size through the side. If you look close one end in more chamfered than the other. And it pays to get some new o rings every now and again to keep the insert tight. Also as there not the "in" barrel at the mo they are going pretty cheap (just sold one doh!) Also you will never need all the inserts in about 4 years i only ever used 4 of the 8 inserts.

The other two i would recommend are the Dye ultralight and the shaft 2 piece both very good barrels and you cant go wrong with either although the shaft is a little thinner at the tip so if your a bunker monkey then it wont stand up to the punnishment a dye will. The shaft also has a reverse thread so you wont get the back stuck in your cocker! and people are always selling them on here so u could get any of these 3 bit by bit.
Just get the tip you want and a pretty tight bore back for your site paint then just keep your eyes out in the clasifieds.

Never used the empire kit so not a clue on that one mate. Hope this helps a little.

Freaks are ok but pipe kit is way better.
i used to use a freak but have upgraded to the pipe and i'm much happier with that.
Have you considered planets shaft barrel, i'd have loved the reverse thread thing after getting my freak stuck on the gun a few times:mad:
