But it would be the worst if you play and in that game you happen to get hit straight on the camera, best to get a cheap(ish) one as it could be replaced.

Im not too sure if you can say to the insurance company 'Sorry I was playing Millenium Series when I got bonus balled on my Freak barrel on my Ion and it accidentally broke the camera'

you can get those cameras off e-bay, i'm not sure if there the one's your thinking about and they cost a couple of quid but they look pretty decent

This looks like a good way of doing it, so although the marker is made more front-heavy you don't get it restricting your view down the barrel:
