It was determined that your state of inebriation was a mitigating circumstance and that you shouldn't be rewarded with finalist status but I'm sure you're up to the task and we'll see you in future BOTW competitions.

That would be boring. The problem is no one bothers to follow the rules which were intended to make both the contest and the process more fun. The result is the sheep start doing what sheep always do--following the crowd. Soon as you and Supe got ahead you were guaranteed to get more votes. Same reason why all the cool kids who want to be different wear the same stuff, say the same things, blah blah blah

I voted for superfly before I'd read the result of the poll. The kid's gotta learn some respect for his elders - as far as I'm concerned it's a just and true result.
