i must say this to get it off my chest
one of teams were moaning about us (Twisted UK) because we did not have our own players and was really going on. I did over here this and i must say why? every other team were glad to see us there! honestly, this is not how paintball should be. If you dont like something about the other teams all because 5 of our players dropped out at last minute and we managed to get players who wanted to play!
if you are going to say something negative about teams do not shout it out loud because we will here.

The Snorkels had guest players as well as other teams, As far as i was concerned we entered the 7man for fun and have a good days paintball for the end of the season. How many times do we see teams short of a player for one reason or another and the end of the day its about paintball. and getting to know each other and having respect for fellow players.

I`m with you Papa G, that is exactly what It`s all about, every team at some time or another has a guest or 2 play for them, TWISTED UK , I would shrug off whatever you heard and carry on regardless, just enjoy yourselves and play whoever you like to represent your team, even if you had the best player in the world playing for you , you would only be as strong as the weakest link, hold your head up my friend and feel proud, as I`m sure every team that were there were pleased to see your team enter...Bluey

I think u will find most teams had atleast 1 guest as we are primarily 5 man teams stepping into a 7 man event. I guested for addiction with timmy.
The main thing is u attended the event, I'm sure if all the teams that were short a few players dropped out instead of recruiting guests these people would change there tune and moan about the lack of teams to play against.
Maybe they're just pissed that u had some great players and beat them?!

A little birdie told me the snorkles had 7 guests for the day, it was a lie,

im sure i saw 8 guests at the start gate

Lol speak to papa g about that, I left the team to their own devices for a stress free weekend! Think they had 4/5 players and 2/3 guests. But they hadn't played this year so all were too rusty for words. They won one tho lol. I just wish I could have played them ;-)

we did shrug it off and carry on but it did wind me up
i think it was because of the actual guests we had. it was one of the lower teams
2 guys from london shock 2
