about flights - I think it is worth checking www.germanwings.com, www.skyeurope.com and www.air.bg, the rest you already mentioned.
www.kayak.com is perhaps the most complete airfare and travel search engine you might take a look there too.
A little update on compressors and air supply:
The compressors are made by :

there will be 2 x 245L compressors along with 400L storage (8 units by 50L)
