what can run, but cant walk.. has a mouth, but doesnt speak... and has a bed but doesnt sleep?

one, cos it will bounce, and stop very briefly before falling again

well if you look at it that way then its zero, because it will hit the ground, and be motionless for an instant and then start moving upwards. so it will have never actually bounced before it stops

when it hits the floor it compresses and expands (generating the bouncing motion)

however when it comes to the top of its "arc" as such... then it will be technically motionless
