You could get an etek1 for around the £160-180 range (I saw one going for 150 somewhere), and I would highly recommend it as a starter gat for the committed tourney baller. It's easy to maintain, very reliable, compatible with all current tourney rof caps etc., light, performs very well. Similarly you could get an ego5, but I prefer the etek1 (that's just opinion though). You could jump up to your budget limit and get an excellent condition ego6 for up to £250, but the etek performs just as well for way less imo. Hopper-wise, there are a lot to choose from (especially with all the new releases on their way), but for an all-round decent hopper you could get a reloader B. Really with a hopper you mainly want reliability/battery life/light weight/low profile since they all feed 12bps consistently these days and it comes down to what you value most.
