I understand the anger of Ian

The marker was shipped in the samebox when you buy it new
everthing was oke when I closed the de box
but when the freakback hits the marker there is nothing I can do about everthing was packed well
I know the anger of Ian but at the moment there is nothing I can do then just wait what the insurance tell me about it
