There are times, when people do stupid things, or dont do what they perhaps should.
However, as someone stated, you generally shouldnt "Give sh!t" to people for getting shot out.
If you are a back player and get shot out mid game, and your front then gets shot because of it..OK..try and figure out what happened and then try and not let it happen again.
If your the last man on the field, calmly remind them of this!
If you are a new team, or mainly comprised for Rookie players, you cant point fingers as such, and if you do, do it constructivly, rather than just shouting and being a twat.
For example...if you get shot out, because teh guy watching your back, drops his gun to reload, point out that perhaps if he could work on reloading and shooting at the same time, or at least maintain covering his lane, it would be a beneficial skill.
It's all a learning curve and it takes practice and focus to think about: Watching your lane, watching an alternative lane, looking for oppertunities to wrap, watching for movement, watching for team member movement, keeping track of time, reloading, looking to bump and of course not getting shot!!
