Given that Halo / Reloaders sell for £20 pick yourself up a spare... either for parts or direct replacement.
There was an issue with some Reloader boards, think they had finetek or something along those line stamped on them, good luck with an RMA though.
If you can not get the loader to spin by tapping the backplate area with a screwdriver I'd say board. I have not had a motor burn out on me. If you have a multimeter you can have a poke around and figure out where the issue lies.
B2 unlike B you do not have to turn them on in a quiet place either so rule that out.
