Hi bud the marker has been received
The reg was cross threaded in the ASA and i believe that when you had the spanner on it trying to undo it you have bent the grip frame

Yes but he said I was okay to try and get the reg off and I don't see what else I could have done in the situation

Yes i did say it was ok to try and remove the reg because you said it was not cross threaded and it clearly was as the reg was not screwed in completely and i now believe that this may have caused the leak as it may have blown fragments of the thread through the marker
