ok guys i borrowed my mates air tank and i have now got a leak out of the lpr could anyone tell me if this is an easy fix i.e turn the reg down or do i need a new one/ rebuild my one can someone please help me

Leaking LPRs can be a few things.

If it's an adjustable one then it could be turned up to high. Should be just high enough that it will c0ck. (can't someone take male chickens off the swear words list)

Your HPR could be turned up too high.

Although most will blow the hose off first if the pressures are too high.

What type is it and where is it leaking from?

it is leaking out of a pin size hole on the side of the lpr it is just a bog standard one but hey you are sorting me out a better one anyway but would like to know why it is leaking though

That's where it is supposed to leak from when it does leak
If it's a fixed LPR then I'd try turning your HPR down a notch.
