Autococker eblade2 experts please

Hi guys, my friend brought one of these a while ago and hasnt used it for ages because of this issue, ive done loads of research and found a few great sites about theses markers but not the answer to this issue, if he walks the trigger for any amount of time and then stops, the marker cycles once more but without actually shooting the paintball, so that when he tries to fire again the next ball hits this stray ball thats now rolling around in the barrel? is this likely to be a timing issue or something else, any help would be great as he paid top dollar for it, if i seem to have missed any info please let me know, thanks a lot, daz

Sounds like the hammer lug screw may need adjusting. If it does not catch and hold on sear reliably, the gun won't fire & you'll get double loading. I usually set mine so hammer releases in the top third of solenoids's travel. Check sear and solenoid are lubed and working ok. If they corrode in frame and stick it also gives same problem. Also board settings - Factory fast default is best (CON & COFF setting) or LP reg set low will effect re-cocking

Bare in mind this is a closed bolt marker - (not to be confused with an enclosed bolt.)

When you stop shooting there is supposed to be a ball loaded.

Things to check (in addition to GeeTees very useful list):

Make sure he is either bore matching or underboring. (this very important as it will prevent the loaded ball from wandering down the barrel.)

Check the detent to make sure the spring is still intact and the ball is still bouncy. Insert some some gun oil behind the ball.

If it still doesn't work let me know and I'll set it up for him.

your "problem" isn't an issue, it is just how it does work ....

If the ball roll out, the barrel is too big (back is too large).

not to be arguementive but thats not it, the ball to barrel match is right and the detents are bang on,if anything a tad tight, honestly its like its being pushed out but only very little, enough to pass the detents and end up in the barrel,

1) "at rest" the bolt is in the forward position (with a ball directly in front of it - ie in the barrel).

2) The first thing that happens when you pull the trigger is the gun fires.

3) Then the bolt goes backwards

4) A ball falls into the breach

5) The eye sees the ball and allows the bolt to go forwards, pushing the next ball into the barrel.

6) The cycle is now complete and the gun is ready to fire again.



It sounds like the ball loaded when the gun is at rest is running down the barrel a few inches, so it's velocity is ext to nothing when it is fired.

ok,so the ball passes the detents before its fired,but the ball fits fine in the barrel, would it seem it needs to be a little bit smaller you think? the ball takes its own weight and you can blow it out,which i believe to be the way to check size, thanks for all your help btw
