my avatar thing wont work i modify my settings get the pic from the computer submit it then nothing when i go back to the settings they have been reset ? help me i`m so jealous of all those nice pictures

my pic was to big, i saved it as a jpeg then exported it to adownload folder in aol and then used the custom avatatr thing !

seeing as how i'm a moron....

could someone tell me how to rescale a picture to fit?
i got a couple pics, all too big, funny how they fit on the paintballdojo, which takes the same size.... hmm
