Just a quick 1 what should i set the pressure to on the gauge on my max flow reg CO2

Well between 160-180 should keep you under 300fps, but dont go over that.

set it between 180 and 200psi that will give you about 285 - 290 over the crono. Then just tweak it until you get the desired velocity over the crono when you set it up before a game
