How did Ollie's relationship with the original Ironkids(e.g. Alex, Ryan, etc) change after he left? Were they one of the deciding factors on his return?

Ironmen and Dynasty always had strong competition against each other, sometimes seeming more heated when the pressure was on. Surely jumping between the two teams again would cause some bad blood (or even more than before), and what effect would this have on the upcoming season?
