AKA lifted their cap a while back, you can now set the vikings upto 30bps.

Anyways back to the Timmys - I finaly managed to have a proper play with one (Dragon Timmy) Sunday just gone at the Bristol Indoor and all I can say is the thing ripped, I have wanted a timmy for a while but have other markers in the collection so couldn't justify buying one aswell, but after using it for the whole tourney I am looking at getting the funds sorted I was that impressed and a think a few of the marshals which had a play with them at the end were aswell .

The Texas Storm, Lasoya and Dragon use the W.A.S Equaliser board and the 2K2 and GZ use the W.A.S S.O.B board, the equaliser has a few extra features but both boards rip never the less.

Also if your looking at getting one in the UK Phoenix stock the following

As has been said, AKA lifted the ROF cap on the markers in way of releasing the software to reprograme the boards.
All new AKA markers will now have the WAS Equalizer board as standard, without the A.C.E the board will still have a limit of 30 BPS. with the A.C.E the ROF will be completely uncapped as long as theres a ball in the chamber the only limiting thing is the speed of your fingers.

What you mean is the Equalizer board (which is also a W.A.S. board)

There was an update at http://www.boblong.com two days ago saying that only the equalizer board is made by W.A.S, the SOB board is made by someone else.

Perhaps one of the Voodoo ones or just trick up your own!

But it needs to be a vision

I-frame the works! But if you are doing this buy a nice new fast hopper as well (halo or Egg II)

I need to make a correction to the info I posted here approximately one week ago concerning WAS boards. Only the Equalizer board is made by W.A.S.! The Equalizer board is used in the Storm, LaSoya, Ironmen and Dragon markers.

The SOB board is supplied by another vendor, and should not be associated with the Wicked Air Sports company.

We apologize for the mix up.

Get a Matrix !!

I've spent the last 6 months trying to find a replacement marker and have tried everything .. I fell for the matrix and have not looked back.

I have tried ...

Lots and lots of Angels, Orriginal, LCD, IR3 etc ,
Cockers
Impulses
Shockers

and other lesser markers.

None of them had the same combination of insane speed, accuracy, low recoil and low signature noise that the Matrix had.

Don't be a sheep and get a timmy, get a matrix instead !

my problem is that my marker has to come from pheonix (sponsorship) - not sure they stock matrixes + i've heard that they aren't the most reliable marker in the worls either.

the eclipse impulse, or the voodoo impulse are good. the angel IR3 looks the works although iv never fired 1, plus u can get the intelifeed for them, so u can rip the paint. the speed iv heard is just rediculosly fast, but if speed wot u want then i suppose it lives up to its name. but impulses are reliable, good accuracy, low pressure so u reduce chops and it makes the marker sooooo much more quiter, plus with the vision u basically elimenate chops. theres so much stuff u can do to them, with a voodoo delrin bolt u basically stop the kick on the gun due to it being so light, plus with the right barrel system, such as freak or the pipe system then uv got the barrel for every paint, and with max-flo air with wotever size tank u want depending on wot position u play uv got the perfect setup, in my opinion. also get a H.A.L.O. B if u can get hold of one, coz there an absolute dream!
