And also contact the PO and let me know who signed for it, and at what time, because i have not signed for anything, and i think i'm right in saying, that a guaranteed package needs to be signed for

That item was sent as a standard 1st class packet not a special delivery. You can tell from the postage label 1PK priced at £3.25.

a special delivery saturday would have been at least £4.95 for a normal SD plus i think £2.20 or £2.40 for the saturday upgrade. It would have also needed signing for.

I will post up the pic of the receipt which cost me £6. something and is in line with danrandons statement.
