are air botttles stupidly over-priced?

what marker have u got? On a cocker it doesnt matter, they basically work as googd as eachother. But on others it is better to have air.
Yes I Think the AIR is insanely overpriced. I mean, you can buy most other adjustable tanks for $150.00 less than than a new AIR tank costs. If you're talking about just the bottle without the reg, it's still overpriced, seeing as you can buy a preset tank and bottle for the same cost as the AIR bottle alone.
Do you mean 'air' as in any HPA bottle, or 'AIR' as in Angel AIR?
HPA bottles are expensive, but when you consider the pressure you're putting in them, the abuse they are designed to take and their lifespan, then I don't think £160/£170 for a fibre wrapped tank is a bad price at all.
Paintball is an expensive sport - tbh I'm amazed at how many young people play reguarly - there's no way I could've afforded to play when I was in my early teens.

Paintball is expensive, but most younger kids do drugs now to get some cash in for paintball so they have plenty of cash 
Air bottles can be expensive, but like Skaffen said, with the tolerance they have on them, both pressure and playing abuse wise, its well worth it.
At the end of the day, the cash for the bottle/reg gives you a much better system and cleaner running which all takes extra cash etc.

i think they charge waaay to much for air bottles, u can buy a decent scuba tank for under £100 and thats serveral litres. Im better they can buy em really cheap and jack the price up 300%
