One thing that did seem odd though was the fact that most (as long as they were shooting Angels) of the big names chose to barricade themselves in on the far side of the site and only come out when they needed to play. Of course they have the right to do so, and you may even argue that it is for security reasons or loyalty to sponsors or some other lame excuse, but isn't the whole point of these tournaments to bring ballers from all over the world together........ to mingle?
I guess you're not actually referring to Charms, but I just want to answer you anyway. We were lucky to have one of those WDP tents, and after one of our Angels was stolen from the players area in Toulouse (along with a camera and a wallet) and one of our jerseys was stolen at Joy Masters, we felt much more comfortable with that. And hey! We love to mingle! Just come over and say hi! (I could have gotten you a beer too ;) )

I think one of the differences was that the Charms were hanging out all over the site when they weren't playing & were easily visible & sociable with all the other players. Most of the WDP "elite" teams in the tents weren't seen at all except when they were playing & kept themselves very much to themselves.

You guessed right. You guys are great and definately not who i was refering to. Lets just hope that when you start winning millenium events (it's gonna happen) that you dont let it go to your heads.
Check in with us at the next event, cause rumour has it that we'll have a full bar with seating for ten at our players table...:p
