First of a all I would like to congratulate all on an excellent tournament. These types of tournaments are few and far between, so when they do come around it is always a great relief to have enjoyed it so much. One thing that did seem odd though was the fact that most (as long as they were shooting Angels) of the big names chose to barricade themselves in on the far side of the site and only come out when they needed to play. Of course they have the right to do so, and you may even argue that it is for security reasons or loyalty to sponsors or some other lame excuse, but isn't the whole point of these tournaments to bring ballers from all over the world together........ to mingle? wdp may have had a board up telling you how to set up your angel just like the "stars", but surely alot of the guys there playing on the weekend would have preferred to speak to them in person. BL's Ironmen pitched camp on the tables provided, and that gave me an oppurtunity to speak to some of the guys about the Intimidator. I ma seriously thinking of changing over from my angel, and who better to speak to then them! Just a Thought!!

....... Oh, and another thing! Who The hell was HUGO?.... Dynasty or Tunnel Rats? He seemed to get chased away from the front of the fields on the final day, but always seemed to wangle his way back. I watched him play and If he is a Dynasty player then i am sure the door is open to all of us to try out.

Personally, I'd have loved to have somewhere outside to stage, the temperature and humidity in that indoor track were unbearable at times.

Saying that, I'm still buzzing from the "excellent-ness" of the whole thing, so it can't have been all bad :D

- and a lot of room, a large table, benches, a whiteboard, and peace and calm....... where would you rather stage ?

PLUS.... us "snooty gits" staging elsewhere, means more room and less noise for the rest of you guys !

It's all good !

:D

Point taken. It just seemed like some teams sort of made a point of it, if you understand what I mean. I guess it's all about perception.

Just the point i'm trying to make! Having those guys on the team tables, makes top end paintball seem that much more accessible. There are just too many guys out there letting it go to their heads. We played RR Rangers and beat them. At the end of the game the only guy that came over to say thanks for the game was Maurice gibb. Now if someone like MG who is known to millions of people can be so down to earth, I just find it hard to accept that some of these guys walk around with the attitudes they do. And lets face it, i'm not only talking about the pro's.

I don't know zero. Like Buddha said it's all a matter of perception. It's much easier to think teams have attidudes when they have all their "exclusive" **** together and don't seem interested to mingle with the rest of us, then to stick your head into a graffiti-drenched tent and just say "Hi what's up, how are you doing today?"

I do understand though, because the fact that some teams have their own wedding suite does make them inaccessible to us mere peasants.
