What do they use to confirm your identity these days? Passport? Driving licence? Your word?

Normally Passport or the like, the rules as they stand allow transfers to a higher or same div, or down div only once.
So basically if you play CL the first event but drop down to div 1 for the second, you're stuck in div 1 for the rest of the season.
If you play the first event in D3 then you can play the next in D2 no problem, as I understand it.
