this guy tried to rip off one of my teamates I had to complain to paypal to get the cash back as we used my account ..be very aware matey wouldnt touch him with a barge pole..ive mentioned it everytime he changes his user name and i find out .if he decides to deny this i will supply the proof (again)..remember paypal has a 30 day limit on complaints so if you go over that your screwed ...

well i've started the dispute on Paypal and after 20 days if it's unresolved they decide what to do, but it will simply be a case of money back for me.
cool mate... he does a lot on ebay so you should get your cash back as he needs his paypal account . 
the last time i brought it up he made me prove it which i did and then he dissapeared and came back with a different user name (dirtypaintballer)a few months later

nothing to prove on my side, i havn't received anything and he said he would send it. No reference given to date, but an email from him stating he hadn't send it at the beginning of this week so i should be ok i hope, damn these fraudsters
paypal didnt even ask me to prove it..he just paid up .I think he rely's on people being stupid and not complaining in time as he just kept trying to put my mate off and loads of excuses as to why it hadnt arrived yet and then he sold the same marker again on ebay a week later and claimed he had two ..what a dick..i'm pretty convinced you wont have any trouble getting your money back im only sorry i didnt see that thread or i would of given you a heads up..
as for actual proof i think the forum link and the email would be enough - i'll give both of you a character reference if that would help Paypal will also have a record of his dealings and complaints made against him if he's using the same account..

Reading threads like this always makes me think that there sure be ''somewhere'' a place to post up scammers
I say somewhere as i dont think it would be apropriate to have it in the amin forum as it would'nt set a good example but mabe a hidden when you could go to when buying....Just a thought

please be aware that paypal will only refund the money if it is actually in his account. otherwise they have nothing to give you back.
