ok i have the oppurtunity to tuen a whole load of farm land into a site for tourney ball.

i could run tourneys whenever really and teams could train on the sup'air fields if they wish.

as i know the owner he has agreed to this. i may even have a village site for punters. this could take off quite largely.

i was wondering if there would be enough teams in the south (im not too sure where it is") that would be interested.

it is around the m25 area.

PLEASE NOTE I WILL NOT BE COMPETING WITH OTHER TOURNEYS THIS WILL BE A TOURNEY HELD AT A DIFFERENT TIME THAN THE OTHERS.

if your interested let us know.

those are the issues that my dad will sort out. e.g. insurance.

but if i can pull this off then i can charge minimum cost. basically i want to cover myself. and you understand put a bit on top for a days work.

but if this goes ahead we could have a cheap tourney. every so often. plus training on it would be dirt cheap.

You want to find out about the insurance first it's not cheap, and we are talking in the thousands.

Also you will need to have a word with the local planning department in the council to find out if the land can be used for this purpose, especially as it is agricultural land.

Also how many days a year will you use the site for. If I remember right you are allowed to use the land for around the 24-day mark without planning any more you will need to obtain planning permission.

Not trying to put you off but you will need to follow these leads up.

But good luck
