anyone got a victory pressure tester?

Oh and Lump guess what I am installing at the moment?

for some reason if my pressure goes above 165-170hpr and 75-80lpr the velocity won't go bellow 340fps. dwell is on 8. thats with a sc kit

what do you suggest

drop the dwell to six, maybe 5 and happy days if you are, yu will get great number from it.
