Can't comment on Skeetster as I have not seen his work, but obviously he is an option

Delta Force are also and (allegedly) dubious Paintball Punter site, who use underhand techniques to draw in Joe Public...and some sya that they smell of poo.

So, hence teh insult.

Also...teh American Delta Force that you refer to, are really...just a bit better than normal soldiers, but have billions of dollars worth of back up.
Special Air Service, piss all over them...from a great height.
So that could be insulting too...
