Any tips for a new Tourney marshall?

Be fair but don't speak to the players during the game and when you check a player just remind them when they start telling you why it's just spray (and they will) that you will decide and let them know.

If you can give a warning for things (pushing the tape ect) Give them we are not there to be arseholes

And the golden rule to remember is that most tourney players think that they are to good to get shot so it must be your fault the paint hit them Don't rise to it.

If you get threatened by any player report it to the ultimate and if they will not back you up WALK and take your mates with you.

But marshaling can be very enjoyable you will see some great move's and some very funny ****e ones as well !!!!.

contest no, but we were all curious as to why Tiny always gets voted top marshal?

Was he bribing them? we just didn't know and then one fine day I worked it out he was always straight in there checking players out. Nagging them to get out to the feilds and any thing they asked him he had an awnser. That and he stays well away from the cronnie lol so not being the big bad bully that gives then points.

We know now Tiny
