yeah but the items in the volumiser I cant get out its really annoying lol
Its this bit those items are stuck for some reason , I have screwd the volumiser out and the other black bit which goes onto the marker body is housing some of those items and they just dont want to budge.

from which number you stuck?
as i understand it you have 1, 2, 3 and 4 out and are stuck at 5? is that right?

wrap a bit of tissue around each tip of a plier, grip the little nubbin and pull gently towards #4 on the diagram. it will come out
