Just browsed thru some paintball sites and didn't find anything about the NPPL meeting that was held last friday. Anyone?

I went to the meeting. So much was gone over (close to 10 hours worth), it would be impossible to go through it all here, but if you have specific items you are interested in, perhaps I could fill you in.

All the details, please? :D

More to the point, are there going to be NPPL events in Europe, which are those, are those Millennium Series shared events (like this year) or are they just NPPL ones?

Also, what's up with the Pros? Will they be playing in a closed league, will the format be different?

The NPPL staff will be traveling to the Euro events. They will be bringing some reffing staff as well. The tentative schedule is as follows
HB
Bittburg
Tampa
Amsterdam
France
Denver
Manchester
San Diego
Miami

The Pro division can pick any 7 events to count towards overall title.
They will be playing a lot more games. 9 in 1/4 finals alone!

Hmm, sorry, that specifically did not get addressed at the meeting. I would assume that they would get on the same page though.
One change in NPPL rules will be no more team DQ for guns. Individual player gets suspended and $500 fine. Team plays short handed, but are not tossed from the event.
