Do you know what virus's they are...might have some of the recent ones..which you need to download fix's and removal tools from microsofts web site.

she can't actually access the internet which is a bitch because of the virus's. there's **** loads of em mate, too many to tell you what each of them are...

Boot the machine in safe mode and run a scan. Most likely won't fix/delete them because they are in use. Doing that 99% of the time lets you get rid of them

Or you could do what I did (coz I work for em!)
and go to www.bt.com/homecomputing
They have all sorts of computers that you can pay for with your bill, or even just monthly over three years. Good stuff.

mine seems ok now, i disabled the email scanner thingy and then rebooted and it seems ok now, let me get my email so im happy
