Us Yanks catch alot of flak here:p

Is there anything better than a slo-mo bunkering while trying to trudge through a half a foot of snow..I Think Not :D

Keep it up Dave..Never let a little weather get to ya..It may get a few fingers or toes but as long as its not your shooting finger game on :p

we just had a tourne down in devon and it was raining all day,

yes the rain and the cold was a piss take, but there was some good balling going on.

O BTW, luckily down in devon, we have an indoor paintball arena:):).

Why the yanks better?

I would add one more point!

Its Europe and a lot of countries! Prolly we have the talent to make at least 3 teams wich can compete at the level the yanks do! It would mean that you have to pick up the best players form UK,France,Germany, the Scandinavian countries and from a lot of other places through Europe and beyond (Russia anyone?)

But how would you organize that? Thats what fricks it up!

Lots of comments about there being no tourneys due to the weather, but I should point out that it only seems to be the south (i.e. the warmer part of the country!) that hasn't got tourneys right now.
Last weekend, I played at Witton Castle which is probably the most northern tournament site in the UK. On the same day, there was a round of the Midlands Masters. In a few weeks, we've got the Diablo Cup at Elsham - renowned for it's snowy blizzards. Bully has posted in the last couple of days that there will be another Elsham tournament on 1 December, then the 2003 series starts there in January. I think the only reason Bully's 2k series don't run in November & December is so that a) we can all afford Christmas, b) we have a party instead in November & c) poor Steve gets a bit of a break. Otherwise it runs through the coldest bits of the winter (Jan & Feb).

It could be a bit rich me implying southerners are all soft bearing in mind I come from Kent, but I DO play the northern sites an awful lot more than the southern ones so maybe I can get away with being an honorary non-southerner:D

I prefere the rain, easier to slide, and slide i must. The snow can be a bit annoying tho, cold weather really makes the paint sing..... no wait sting (it would be funny if it did sing)
Im going back to my hole now
Twist :D

weather???

Whats that....oh you mean the stuff that gets you wet, cold and annoyed.
I dont mind playing in rain, wind, snow or even sunshine!!
Only problem i have is if water gets in my shiny electro marker!
I like most of you...just want to play paintball.
So what if its cold and wet, just let me play!!
