Well, I suppose I could teach you how to do your own in the event that I'm not over there at the time. It's getting about that time over here. If you could by any chance make it over here, I would highly recommend trying to get to Memphis, Tennessee for the Memphis in May event. It is the world's largest barbecue contest, with hundreds of teams competing for the title of the World's Best Barbecue. The by product of course is thousands and thousands of pounds of barbecue...and there must of course be people there to eat it all, so you might as well include yourself on the list to enjoy the food and learn how to do it like the world's best.

mmmmmm red meat, just the way i like it! you ever try making teraki chicken/hamburgers??? i got some recipies that you might what to try if your interested... youll probably like them now i dont see why u cant eat red meat but i know i can wadda ya say killer onion?
