Question: how would paying you more money £2.35 (£2.50 new from a shop) have made the post office deliver the item/s to me more reliably, unless you did not send it?

I leave others to make up you own opinions of this guy but I have resigned myself to "bite the bullet" on this one!, enjoy the two quid.
